I am originally from California but now living in the Netherlands with my husband and 2 children. I have had the privilege of breastfeeding both of my children.
After graduating with a B.A. in Psychology from The University of California, Santa Barbara, I made the great decision to follow a career in healthcare and I became a California Board Certified Registered Nurse. After 10 years of working in healthcare, I relocated to the Netherlands.
I created and now facilitate a “Babies Meet-Up”, a bi-weekly meet-up of mothers and babies, at a local coffee shop in Haarlem. I have always had a strong bond with women, babies, and children, both personally and professionally. Working as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in the Netherlands allows me to provide education and support to a global community of women.
